Visionary ($1,000)
- Join as a foundational supporter to expand access to integrative, whole-person healthcare. Includes website recognition, an invitation to the annual Founder’s Reception, and quarterly impact updates.
Champion ($2,500)
- Help launch key community wellness programs and subsidies. Includes a permanent recognition plaque at the clinic, VIP seating at all community seminars, and recognition on Foundation media
